The new urban housing projects usually have a lower number of square feet than a few years ago, and also seeks to reduce costs and optimize the available space. The goal is to create spaces that improve the quality of life of its inhabitants and project their personality. In this book we bring together a selection of houses and apartments from 430 ft2 to 839 ft2. We show current trends in contemporary design from cities around the world.
