Channa and Dominic are two of Sri Lanka's most visionary artists: Channa with architecture and Dominic with colour photography. Channa's work is deservedly fashionable, drawing on his time as assistant to Geoffrey Bawa and his own insights and inspirations, marrying the fecundity of the landscape with the ability of his imagination to create forms and structures that fit, but surprise. Dominic is a magician with the camera, simple as that. Together, they have made a book to drool over, featuring a selection of outstanding buildings, rendered with appropriate adulation by superb photography.
